| The Melbourne Cricket Ground is one of the most famous names in world sport, thanks largely to it cricketing heritage but also as a result of the 2005 Commonwealth games as well as playing host to many great rugby matches. The size of this stadium is enormous and can hold just under 100,000 sports mad Australians. It has only been used as a Tri Nations venue on three occasions and was used for the first time in ten years during the 2007 Tri Nations Championship where it played host to Australia's 20 - 15 victory over New Zealand.
