The Jade Stadium or AMI stadium is the new name of Lancaster Park, one of New Zealand's best known rugby venues and one where the All Blacks have a great record in the Tri Nations, unbeaten since 1998. It has a current capacity of 36,500 but is undergoing a redevelopment that will make it one of the best venues in the Southern Hemisphere with a capacity of 43,000 and will be ready in time for New Zealand hosting the 2011 Rugby World Cup.
